Royal Beam Headlight Restoration is owned and operated by Harrison Prince and provides mobile headlight restoration in the Carrollton, Georgia area. This policy explains how we handle information when you contact us, book a service, or visit our website.

Information we collect

We may collect your name, email address, phone number, service address, vehicle year, make, and model, and photos or videos of your headlights. We also keep relevant appointment details, service correspondence, and payment records.

How we use your information

We use this information to answer questions, assess whether restoration is suitable, arrange appointments, provide service, handle payments, address concerns, and maintain business records.

We use your contact details for appointments and service follow-ups, not promotional mailing lists. We do not sell customer information.

Where information is stored and shared

We use Gmail for customer correspondence, Google Drive to store job photos and videos, Carrd to host our website, Notion to publish our privacy policy, and Bluevine & Stripe for banking and payment services. These providers process information as needed to deliver their services and under their own privacy policies.

Job photos and videos are transferred to the Royal Beam Google Drive account and then deleted from our phone. The business owner manages customer records.

We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to resolve disputes or protect our legal rights.

Payment information

Payments may be processed electronically through Stripe, including online payments and in-person contactless payments using Stripe Tap to Pay. When you make a payment, Stripe may process payment-related information necessary to complete the transaction. We do not directly store your complete credit or debit card information. Payment information is processed in accordance with Stripe’s privacy and security practices.

Photos, videos, and reviews

We take before-and-after photos to document your restoration. With your permission, we may also take photos or videos specifically for social media or other marketing.

We ask permission before publishing customer photos, videos, or reviews on our website, social media, or other promotional materials. You may decline marketing participation without affecting your service.

Before posting, we crop, blur, or leave out identifying details such as license plates, faces, house numbers, and anything else you ask us to exclude.

You may withdraw permission by emailing [email protected]. We will remove the relevant content from websites and accounts we control, although we cannot control copies or shares made by others.

How long we keep information

For inquiries that do not lead to an appointment, we delete correspondence and associated photos or videos after six months without further contact.
